This is a bona fide Eichler home located near the New York-New Jersey border, one of just three houses the famed midcentury developer built on the East Coast. Completed in 1962, the 2,060-square-foot abode located at 130 Grotke Road offers the quintessential Eichler post-and-beam fare.
