Dallas Mid Century Modernist Retreat
This Dallas mid century modernist retreat has recently hit the market. The home was inspired by noted architect, Bruce Goff, but was conceived and commissioned by his protege, Eddie Parker. Anyone that knows what I usually post here on Plastolux would know that this house is a little too much but I can’t stop looking through the pictures. There are so many textures going on. Natural stone, wood, and glass with the extensive use of walnut paneling, onyx terrazzo, Frankoma tiled glass walls, brass inlaid concrete floors and intricate mosaics, just to name a few. I can appreciate the vision here even if it’s not my style the house is a mind bender.
