In the heart of Mid Century Modern Beaumaris sits a development that harks back to the glory days of architecture with its use of glass and material selection. Bold square shapes create a form that has not been seen in the area for decades, timber clad garages seem to be hidden from view as they blend into the facade. Cantilevered overhead are two glazed balconies clad in Alucabond both with views of Port Phillip Bay.
