This projected building is located in the northern part of the property that has a lovely garden. The main entrance of the building remains from the east. Designed on two residential levels, the steep slope of the roof allows maximum use of the roof space. The first floor offers an entrance hall with staircase, closet, laundry room under the staircase, bedroom, floor bathroom, living room with a fireplace and kitchen. The living room and the kitchen are open onto a south field porch. The second floor has: a staircase, bedroom with private balcony, pantry, bathroom for the floor, master bedroom with bathroom, closet and balcony.
