The idea behind the makeover is simple and uncomplicated. The homeowners wanted a residence that was more suited to their modern lifestyle and felt cheerful and fresh. This was accomplished by completely altering the floor plan on the lower level of the house. The third level has been turned into the master bedroom while the basement has been extensively altered to contain the mechanical room and the recreational area. Classic bay windows, metallic roof and brick walls put the final touches on this modern classic makeover.
