Mexican based firm YEAH Architects designed a sustainable super-building with a dome-shaped shopping mall. To deal with the issue of growing urban areas, the idea is to create an energy efficient mall shaped like a dome, which is a very useful shape when it comes to design. In fact, domes have a way better energy efficiency, are disaster-proof, are cheaper to build than traditional square shopping malls, offers endless design possibilities, and, let?s be honest, it looks quite spectacular.
