Beautiful Cherry Blossom Murals Made with Hand Prints

In Onahama, Japan, artist Yosuke Tan (aka untangle) visited the abandoned high school Iwaki Sogo, which was scheduled to be demolished. This is how the project Okurie is born: this painter asked to graduated to participate to the mural fresco she was doing on the school’s windows, to remind their graduation. With 27 liters of painting, she let them mark with their hands to compose the hundreds of flowers of a big pink cherry blossom.
