The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has announced the winners of the RIBA Awards for International Excellence and the 2018 RIBA International Emerging Architect, including BBVA Bancomer Tower by LegoRogers (Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and Legorreta + Legorreta).
