Following the success of their first stationary boutique, the Baltic Club owners opened a second location in Montreal, this time on Mount-Royal Avenue in the Plateau borough.

Despite its great location in the heart of the city, the selected space has one important constraint: its narrow width of 9?6? made it quite a challenge for dynamic circulation and product display. The objective was to design a functional space that truly portrayed the playful world found in the company?s varied products.
To begin, the space was brought back to its initial state: the laminate floors were stripped down to the original hardwood underneath, typically found in the buildings of the area. The furnishings have then been designed as being truly integrated into the architecture. The various displays are all arranged organically in the space to help guide the wandering customers while simultaneously creating a unique environment for each type of product sold.
