The house is designed in a Mediterranean style and is surrounded by greenery that give a special charm to the project. The spacious living room, the dining, kitchen and pantry, dominates in the terrestrial part of the house. Below are the study room, bathroom and boiler room with two entrances – from the hallway and out of the garage. Upstairs are located three bedrooms and a large bathroom. One of the bedrooms, designed for parents, has an additional space for a wardrobe and a balcony.
