Loud Architecture & Interior Design Ltd (aka LOUD Architects) have completed a unique project, Angel Apartment, in Angel in the borough of Islington in London, UK.

This modern new build has been transformed into a bright dwelling with captivating design features for a young, growing family.

The young couple required the house to move with them. When the family came to stay, the plan would identify spaces like bedrooms with moveable partition walls, secret sliding doors, bespke foldable beds and pops of colour.
A dynamic, interchangeable plan to reflect who required it.

The project can move and grow with the end user. The apartment can be a one bedroom or a three bedroom apartment.

The brief was to create a plan which was moveable. The plan had to reflect different people living there at different times of the year. The design was to be warm and inviting way.

The plan was made up of many different moving parts. The bespoke fold-away nature of the design required precision and the brief had to work for multiple end users.
