This Eichler in Orange southern California is as picturesque as an Eichler should be. To make it even better they throw in a vintage Porsche, man so good. I like that this realtor made a video of the home that included someone interacting with the spaces. The interaction provides scale and livability to a potential buyer. The other element that I appreciate about this house is that it doesn’t look staged even if it is. The home looks lived in, like “this guy lives here”. The wood paneled wall creates such a warm visual break from all of the white and glass.
