A wine cellar that has ben built inside an old and abandoned tunnel in a limestone hill in Texas does sound like a proposition that has jumped out of a Bond movie. Carved into a solid limestone hillside, the entry to tis cellar is probably impossible to find if not for the illuminated and curated landscape leading to it.
