AERA Vertical Resort by OBMI

Starting with Industrial Revolution in the 18th century, people who lived in rural areas started to immigrate to urban cities. With immigration, people?s lifestyles have almost completely changed. They started living in apartment buildings instead of detached hoses with big gardens. In order to give people some green areas, city planners added some parks around the city. However, parks were never enough for people. These days, people want to go to rural areas in order to breathe and take some rest. This causes a lot of time waste and tiredness on people. OBMI which realized the urge of people for rural areas introduced AERA vertical resort.

AERA Vertical Resort: The First of Its Model
AERA vertical resort is the first example of this model. The resort has a porous design that fascinates the people. The reason why OBMI chose vertical design is due to environmental concerns. The company aims to minimize its footprint. The resort has seven different districts: art, fashion, garden, drama, dining, wellness, and family. It is better to add that the resort has a swimming pool with a great city view. The resort has a duty to serve as an escape from the city. The AERA vertical resort is in the city center. This gives an opportunity for people to experience an oasis in the city center. The company?s aim is to prevent people from extensive travel in order to have a holiday in the countryside which is always far away from the city center. by OBMI
