A6A combines white concrete + charred wood for les patios health center in france
located at the crossroads of a wide avenue in bordeaux, france, les patios health center by A6A comprises a series of varied volumes, connected by an interior gallery that defines the structure of the entire project. the building is isolated from the public road thanks to a raised garden, around which the different premises are located. the french architecture studio has chosen a durable, timeless material palette that consists of white concrete with shades of local limestone punctuated by cladding, and charred wood for louvers of the openings throughout.

A6A has structured the health center around an interior gallery, which is visible from the exterior and connects to it through three entrances that are directly linked to the parking lot. the four medical facilities and common premises are connected via the gallery, which at the same time offers great views of the garden. on top of the main, large garden, the health center also incorporates a series of smaller patios, which bring natural light and touches of greenery to the interior spaces.
