The building is designed in an area of the town with a wonderful sea views. The property where the house is located, is characterized by steep slopes – a real challenge to master architects skills. It was hard to resources and to comply as much as possible with those challenge.
The building has a two-volume usable attic floor, which opens the view to the sea and to the city itself.
