A Sliding House with a Facade that Seems to Have Melted

The Sliding House is located one hour from London, in Margate, in the Cliftonville neighborhood. The work was originally called “From the knees of my nose to the belly of my toes” and is the house that attracts as much as attention as the galleries in London do. The house facade looks like melted and is spread all around the floor. This is impressive to be seen in live. In reality it is not a house, but a work of art which an abandoned house uses as canvas. The project is the work of artist Alex Chinneck.
