A Â shopping centre that weaves like a snake through an old suburban district in the heart of Liege, adding a fresh touch to this part of the city by combining bold architecture with sustainable technology. The winding spine is 350 long and connects and unites the two buildings. It is constructed from a network of steel roof libs that arch over the mall?s pathway. This is the first project in Belgium that is awarded with BREEAM certification and includes rainwater collection, waste sorting and roof air treatment station and pays attention to energy efficiency.
