Riviera 5 is a house plan without a basement that has higher angled roof and the interior floor with a variants. There can an emptiness and a mezzanine above the living room, or without emptiness. This two story house, built in a “T” shape with a protruding slightly to the front part of the garage. It has tile covered roof. Modern block was decorated with large windows, stone wall cladding, cornices separating the ground floor and first floor.
