The submitted project is a single-family house with additional building  as a garage, located in the district. The building is freely located in the northern area of the property as shown on the situation within the limited area for development. The terrain where the house is build is flat. The project envisages the construction of monolithic two-storey detached house with no basement and sloping roof with wooden roof construction. The house is intended for four occupants.
