This 1887 Italianate Victorian cottage in Portland, Oregon underwent a complete ?studs out? remodel that, quite literally, took the small home to new heights. Elevated to add an additional floor, the main porch entry is now on the second level.
The renovation also transformed the home into an efficient green machine.
