10 things Architects do when the Internet is down
The words nobody wants to ever hear: There is no Internet. Nowadays, everyone has become dependent on the Internet for business or pleasure.
Architects use the Internet to send their drawings, to read and send e-mails, to share their work or other tasks of that sort.
Seriously, it would be disastrous if there is no internet. No internet can reflect missing a deadline, which leads to danger for someone?s career. So, what to do when it comes to that" Here’s what architects do:
Call their service provider multiple times.
Search for open Wi-Fi networks in the area and try to guess the Wi-Fi password of their neighbors, Clean their computer desktop!
Rename and delete some NewFinalistFinal.DWG or PSD files.
Mobile Hotspot can be a life saver until their mobile data quota runs out.
Ask god ?Why me !"? or ?Why I was born an architect?Â
Sketch.
Take some pictures of the hidden architectural gems around.
Make lists: favorite cities, favorite buildings, favorite movies, or favorite books.
Sleep; every architect knows the true value of that.
